Cruz Soltero

Cruz was born in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico May 3, 1937 to Antonio Soltero and Angelita Valenzuela. On December 16, 1967 in Cd, Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico he was united in marriage with the love of his life, Ms. Graciela Ortega and in to this Unification were born three beautiful girls.

He was a local entrepreneur and avid bingo player. He was active in his business.

Cruz was preceded in death by the love of his life, Graciela Soltero and his parents.

Mr. Soltero is survived by his daughters, Sagrario Porras (Paul) of Fort Worth, Tx, Carla Vannier (Joe) of Bonham, Tx, Thelma Soltero of Las Vegas, NV and by his siblings; Selvina, Carolina, Enrique, Lilia, Venfrain and half siblings; Francisco, Elena, Reyes, Alfredo, Ramon, Armando, Heber, Elizabeth. Also, by three Grandchildren Jonathan Vannier (Kelsie) of Odessa, Tx, Isaiah Vannier of Bonham, Tx, Anabelle Vannier of Bonham, Tx.

We, the Soltero family, would like to take this time and with a heartfelt embrace thank each and every one of you for all of your prayers, floral, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time. May God bless you all.

We will have the viewing at Odessa Funeral Home, 1700 N. Jackson Ave, Odessa TX 79761, on December 2nd at 4pm, a rosary will be recited at 6pm. Tuesday, December 3rd service will be held at 10am at Odessa Funeral Home, interment is to follow at Ector County Cemetery, Garden of Los Angeles.
