In The Hands of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; is to be Found A Beloved Husband , Father Grandfather and Brother. Demetrio Alvarez, On October 4, 2011 Mr. Alvarez at the age of 66, passed away at Harris Methodist Hospital in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was born December 22, 1944 in El Mulato, Mcp. Ojinaga, Chihuahua Mexico to Jose Angel and Paula Jimenez Alvarez. He was a Laborer in the construction Industry and a Christian Catholic, He united in marriage to the love of his life Pascula Rodriguez here in Odessa. He is preceded in death by Parents: Jose Angel and Paula Jiminez Alvarez, and Brother: Ramon Alvarez. He is survived by his Loving wife; Pascuala R. Alvarez of Odessa, Sons; Demetrio Alvarez Jr.(Marina) of Stephenville, Raymond Alvarez (Mary)of Odessa, Daughters, Maribel Huerta (Carlos) of Ft. Worth, Elsie Alvarez and Jose Saldierna of Odessa, brothers Jose L Ramirez, Jesus Loria, Ramon Alvarez all of Mexico, Ricardo Jimenez of San Francisco, California, Ramon Alvarez, sisters; Sabina A Ramirez, Juana Ramirez, Rosa L Ramirez all of Mexico, Maria L Alvarez, Monica Armedariz both of Odessa, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. We The Alvarez Family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and everyone of you for all your prayers, floral, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time. May God Bless You All. Pallbearers will be Daniel Velez, Sergio Velez, Angel Alvarez. A Rosary was recited at 7 pm Thursday October 6, 2011 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10AM today Friday October 7, 2011 at St Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Reverend Serafin Avenedo officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery (Los Angeles Section).
