Edward Priddy, 90, of Odessa passed away, Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Medical Center Hospital. He was born June 16, 1923 in Colorado City, TX to Alva Davis Priddy & Lily Ida (Low) Priddy. He was a retired salesman for Ruth Co. He served in the US Navy during WWII, he received the World War II Victory Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, 3 Bronze Stars, Philippine Liberation Campaign Ribbon,& the American Campaign Medal.
He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Ermina Lovine in 1948, (4) brothers, Gurney, J.D., Vernon & Virgil Priddy, and sister, Opal Priddy Black.
He is survived by his nephew, C.D. Black & wife Carolyn of Post, TX, nieces, Brenda Priddy Jennings & husband Kevin of Weatherford, OK, & Gloria Priddy Moore of Dallas.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Colorado City Cemetery in Colorado City, TX with Rev. Nancy Moore officiating.
