Ed served in the Army from 1950 to 1952. He was a charter member and was the last living founder of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Katie; brothers, Palmer and Phillip Ramsey; sisters, Elvina Grinsted and Betty Synatchk; and grandson, Christian Dameron.
Survivors include Ed’s daughters, Karen Dameron, Debra Register and Teresa Mayfield; brother, Clarence Ramsey; and sister, Helen McGee. Ed had 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 17th from 5-9 PM at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, February 18, 2022 at 10 AM at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home followed by interment at the Los Angeles section of Ector County Cemetery.
