Ms. Johnson was born July 31, 1923 in Corvallis, Oregon to Walter Leroy Ball and Lena McDaniel Ball.
Charlotte was a World War II Veteran. She was a Christian Baptist.
Ms. Johnson is survived by one son Robert Michael Johnson of Garland, Texas, daughter Rebecca Ann Johnson Parker of Lake Charles, Louisiana and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Russell Nebhut officiating.
Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in the Inspiration Section.
