Eugene (Gene) Raymond Kloss, age 87, went to be home with the Lord on December 10, 2010.
He entered this life on January 10, 1923, in Milwaukee, WI. He proudly served during World War II with the U.S. Marines in the South Pacific for four years. After serving, he went back to Milwaukee to meet the love of his life, Pauline Wegner, who he was married to for 64 years.

Gene enjoyed life to the fullest and among those things that gave him the greatest pleasure were his kids and grandkids, cruises, trips to Las Vegas with his bride, golf, and of course, John Wayne movies.
Though his grandkids affectionately called him “Grumps,” he loved to give back and spent 30 years with the “Dynamic” Grandview Lions Club where his final office was that of the Polish Prince.
