Felipa was born in Vado de Piedra, Chihuahua, Mexico on April 30, 1939 to Trinidad and Justo Armendáriz. She married Maclovio Gómez and were married for 62 years.
Felipa is survived by her spouse Maclovio Gómez and children, Irma Salinas, Jesus (Jessie) Gómez, Lucy Gómez. She was also survived by her grandchildren, Lori Marie Navarrete and Jessica Lee Contreras.
Honorary pallbearers are John Paul Armendáriz, Matthew Cabrera, Omar Rodriguez, Carlos Cabrera, Ray Anthony Ramírez, Joe Angel Ramírez.

A visitation for Felipa will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Odessa Funeral Home, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 907 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79761. A burial will occur Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Ector County Cemetery, 300 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, Texas 79761.
