Frank was born on July 02, 1944 to Francisco and Martina Vejil Lozano

in Balmorhea, Texas. Mr. Lozano is preceded in death by his wife

Elena De Lao Lozano and a sister Carol Benavidez.

He is survived by his Son: Noel De Lao Lozano of Odessa, Texas,

daughters Elizabeth “Lisa” Lozano of Odessa, Texas and

Cynthia “Cindy” Lozano Payen of Odessa, Texas, his brother

Robert “Bobby” Lozano, Odessa, Texas, sisters: Hope Fenton,

Odessa, Texas, Mary Ellen Ibarrra, of Fort Stockton, Marcela Aranda,

of Bryan, Texas, Rachel Venne of Cleburne, Texas.

He is also survived by 4 grandchildren Zenas Dominguez,

Noel Lozano, Jr., Kaleb Lozano and Zaniel Payen,

and 2 great-grandchildren Zenas Dominguez, Jr., and Zaylen Dominguez.

Pallbearers will be David Vejil, Sr., Fidel Pena, Noel Lozano, Jr.,

Rodrigo Payen, Archie Roman and Zenas Dominguez, also

Honorary Pallbearers will be Hector Ibarra, Jr., Pete Baeza, and Danny Vejil

Visitation will be held at the Odessa Funeral Home Chapel on Friday,

September 02, 2016 from 8am – 9pm. Service of Remembrance

will be held on Friday September 02, 2016 7pm-9pm and public visitation.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 03, 2016 at 10:00 am

at the Odessa Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow at

the American Heritage Cemetery.
