Georgia Sarakas

Georgia Ann “Susie” Sarakas, 58, of Odessa passed away Saturday November 19, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 21, 1952 in Shaddock, OK to Casper and Flora Belle (Springer) Campbell. She worked as a fraud investigator for AT&T.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, 1 month & 19 Days, Al Sarakas of Odessa, son, David Sarakas of Odessa, daughters, Shauna Gilmore & husband Brian of Odessa, Crystal Kocher & husband Chris of Vestal, NY, brothers, Jeff Harrison of Austin & James Campbell of Odessa, sisters, Sharon Martin of Florida and Kat Harrison of California, aunt, Sue Campbell of Odessa, grandchildren, Cody Lane Sarakas 7, Kira Annabelle Gilmore 4, & Connor John Gilmore 3, all of Odessa.

She was a loving wife, mother & grandmother, and a caring friend to many people.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 20111 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
