Odessa-Born on April 26, 1920 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late James Bennett and Nora Mabel (Bass) Pendergraft.
Jack passed away on December 29, 2010. He married Josephine Eva Towers on February 10, 1940. They had six children, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Jack is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine, his parents James and Mabel Pendergraft, two daughters, two sisters, and two grandchildren.
He is survived by three daughters, one son, one brother and his friend and companion Virginia Hockersmith.
Viewing will be from 10:00a.m.-12noon Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
Memorial service will be 10:00a.m. Friday, December 31, 2010 at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
Private burial will be at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City, Oklahoma.
