

Hattie was born in Brackettville, Texas on March 24, 1932 to the late Warner Leo Brown and Ora Mae Roach. She married Rubbin McCollum and moved to Odessa December 1963. She received her GED.
She worked in private homes for various individuals, then went to work for ECISD for 22 years. After retiring from ECISD, she worked for Nurses Unlimited. Hattie enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, puzzles and most of all spending time with grandchildren. She was very active in church.
Hattie is survived by her children, Vivian Nealy (Marvin), Robby Warrior (Avette) and Garry Warrior. Grandchildren, Tessie Rubio (Lalo), Rochelle Porter (Kerrick), Kristi Battle, Tamara Nealy, Aisha Nealy, Sharlene Warrior, Robby Warrior Jr., Garry Warrior Jr., Jonathon Warrior, Cameron Torrente, Yvonne Torrente, Great grandchildren Erica Gonzales (Scott), Anthony Rubio, Alex Rubio, Jalah Nealy, Kendall Porter, Miles Porter, Skylar Warrior. Great Great Grandchildren, Easton Gonzales, Brooks Gonzales, and Baby Gonzales, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends to cherish her wonderful memories.
Hattie is preceded in death by her Father Warner L. Brown, Mother Ora Mae Roach, Sister JoAnna L. Perry and Brother John L. Brown.

A visitation for Hattie will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Odessa Funeral Home, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. A chapel service will occur Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Living Visions, 525 S. Grandview Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761.
