Irma Franco Hoggard, 52, of Odessa, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 in Odessa. She was born March 25, 1968 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico to Matilda (Franco) and Roberto Villalobos.

She was a very active, funny, loving and caring person who never met a stranger. She had a big and kind heart and enjoyed caring for the elderly. She was always the life of the party. Irma loved her family, friends, and especially her elderly patients. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, traveling, watching western movies and spending time with friends and family. We are sure Heaven is a better place with her there and at peace that she is now with her son (Ermin) whom she missed every day. We all love her and will miss her very much.

Irma is survived by her husband, Curtis Hoggard; sons, Ben Hoggard, Joey Hoggard, Joshua Hoggard, and Jarrett Hoggard; daughter, Flor Luna and husband Luis of Andrews; parents, Roberto Villalobos and Matilde Franco of Mexico; brothers, Victor Villalobos and wife Maria Isabella of Odessa, Leonel Villalobos and Lety Carrasco of Andrews; Arturo Villalobos, Ramon Villalobos, and Refugio Villalobos, all of Mexico, and Ricardo Villalobos and wife Dolores of Hobbs, NM; sisters, Francisca Hernandez and Jesus Holguin of Andrews, and Barbara Reyna and husband Fernando of Hobbs, NM; and four grandchildren.

When I met you we immediately clicked as we talked we found out that unfortunately we had one a painful thing in common
We had both lost our baby boys and we cried together and compared notes on how we were coping with our pain we no longer felt like we were loosing our minds because we knew the pain each of us carried
Now you are hugging your baby and I'm jealous in a good way
Also you are not in pain anymore
I love you my friend
I will miss you
Until we see each other again and I get to hug my baby and you

Irma,
So many fond memories of you. The most prominent in how you never hesitated to step in and take care of both mama and daddy in their final days here on Earth. They both loved you so much and looked forward to your and Curtis' visits. You loved the beach, you loved the snow... And everything in between. But most of all, you sure loved my brother. You were so good to him, and for him. Family was always first with you, and fun came along with that. I remember how excited you were when you got your citizenship. And our trip to Sea World and the Riverwalk. And how you came all the way to Austin to help me get settled after I moved...I left for work, came home 10 hours later and my house was practically unpacked and completely put together. You are amazing and I'm so glad for those memories. You will always be in our hearts. Love you always. My heart aches for Curtis and Popeye. Love to you both and the rest of the family. Rebecca

Sweet Irma, the light in our world has diminished as you have made your way to the other side. But your bright spirit and loving heart is indelible in the mark it has made in our lives. I will never forget your kindness and generosity to our family in our moment of need. Thatโ€™s who you were. Caring, loving and good. I will miss you so. Love you across the universe, And also my brother, Curtis, who adored you. Forever in my heart, Sue.
