Israel Salgado

Israel Salgado 72, years of age passed away on March 26, 2011 in Odessa. He was born on December 26, 1938 in Dexter, New Mexico to Manuel & Natividad Salgado He united in marriage to Antonia Perez on January 28, 1960 in Saragosa Texas whom preceded him in death on November 2010, also preceding him in death are his Parents, Brother: Jose Salgado, and Sister: Maria Montez. Mr. Salgado was a rancher and in the agriculture industry for more than 20 years. He moved to Odessa in 1981 and worked for Champion Technologies until his retirement in 2005. He is survived by his sons; Erasmo Salgado of Big Spring, Jaime Salgado and Israel Jr.and his wife Mary both of Odessa, sisters; Manuela Anaya of Corona Ca, Jesus Chacon of Andrews, Vicenta Aguirre of Ft. Stockton, Joann Maestas of Albuquerque, NM,

6 grandchildren Kassandra Salgado, Klarissa Salgado, Israel Salgado III, Kendra Salgado, Sergio Salgado and Kimberly Salgado. A Prayer service was held at 7 PM on Tuesday March 29, 2011 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM today Wednesday March 30,2011 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
