Jennifer and Janiyah Limon

Jennifer was born January 29, 1991, to Jorge and Teresa Aguirre in Odessa. She was married to Joseph Limon. She enjoyed running and doing Crossfit training. She had previously been a teacher at Odessa High School, but was currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Sul Ross University in Alpine, TX. She was a very caring and sharing individual who impacted many people. She was outgoing, and loved to make people laugh. She loved being a mom to her two children.

Janiyah was born July 11, 2011, and would have entered Pre-K this next year. She enjoyed dancing around with her mom.

Survivors include husband and dad Joseph Limon; son and brother Jett Liam Limon, both of Odessa; parents/grandparents Jorge and Teresa Aguirre of Odessa; father and mother-in-law/grandparents Oscar and Sherry (PawPaw and MiMi) Limon of Odessa; sister and brother-in-law/aunt and uncle Gladys Tavarez and husband, Ricardo of Odessa; brother-in-law/uncle Cameron Jett Limon; sister-in-law/aunt Racquel Brooke Limon; grandparents-in-law/great-grandparents Felipe and Rosa Limon of Odessa, and Jessie and Linda Jimenez of Odessa; and a host of other beloved family members.

There will be a memorial service held at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 8, 2015, at Latter Rain Worship Center, 305 E. 19th Street, in Odessa.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at First Baptist Church, Old Sanctuary, 709 N. Lee St, in Odessa, with Rev. Craig DeArmond officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers for Jennifer will be Juan Delgado, Esteban Ortega, Hiram Gameros, Hugo Gameros, Erik Garcia, and Raymundo Alvidrez; pallbearers for Janiyah are Roy Gamboa, Daulton Beam, Christian Cruz, and Eric “Smiley” Salcido.
