Jesus I. Villarreal

Jesus I. Villarreal, 70, of Odessa passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011 at his home. He was born April 17, 1941 in Castolon, TX to Antonio & Manuela (Ibarra) Villarreal. He was a retired truck driver & a Catholic.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Daughter, JoAnn Ramirez, grandson, Jeremy Ramirez & sister, Eva Tover.

He is survived by his wife Adela Barragan Villarreal of Odessa, (3) sons, Jesus Villarreal Jr & wife Elda, Steven Galindo & wife Monica, Joe Herman Garcia , (6) daughters , Betty V. Pando & husband Eli, Estella V. Rocha, Velma V. Casillas, Tammy V. Lopez & husband Gustavo, Lupe Dutchover & husband Greg & Melinda Galindo all of Odessa, (5) brothers, Jose Villarreal & wife Maria of Odessa, Tony Villarreal & wife Polly of San Angelo, Manuel Villarreal & wife Sylvia of Odessa, Lolo Villarreal & wife Mary Ann of Odessa, Adan Villarreal & wife Angie of Odessa, (4) sisters, Maria Elena Monclova & husband Henry of Alpine, Vickie Aguilar & husband Eliseo of Crane, Elida Villarreal of Alpine, Elodia Nunez of Odessa, (25) grandchildren: (27) great-grandchildren.

A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Serafin Avenido officiating. Interment will follow in Ector County Cemetery in Los Angeles section.
