Joseph Asa Howell

He was born on January 23rd, 1930 in Tennyson, Texas to Isacc Nichilson Howell and Anna Mae (Brown) Howell. He was an awesome Gardner and enjoyed working outdoors. He worked in the oilfield most of his working life. He was a shade tree mechanic and loved working on his tractors. He was always ready to offer a helping hand. He enjoyed country music.

Joseph is survived by his Sons: Robert M Howell and wife Vera of Odessa, Johnny Ray Howell and wife Cecilia of Odessa, and Woodrow Allen Howell; Daughters: Terra Diana Boustead and husband Donald of Ft. Worth, and Robin Gail Wooten and husband Bill of Odessa, and Sisters: Bernie Lee McCarty of Robert Lee Texas. Joseph had 14 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.

Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Woodrow Howell, and one Grandchild, Aubrey Lynn Howell

Memorial Services will be held at Tennyson Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 28th in Tennyson Texas. Reverend Cecil Harper officiating.
