MIDLAND Lois M. Maxwell, age 83, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010, at Terrace West Nursing Home in Midland, TX.
She was born July 16, 1927, to James and Grace Johnson in Ravenna, TX. She was a long-time school cafeteria worker before becoming a waitress. She was dearly beloved by all her family and friends.
Her parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, Melvin Tuck and wife, Pat of Monahans, and George Tuck and wife, Judy of Dill City, OK; daughter, Karen Johnston of Midland; brother and sister, Bill Perry and Donna Carter, both of Midland; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 6, 2010, at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel. Burial will follow at Monahans Cemetery in Monahans, TX.
