Preceding Louis in death is his father.
Surviving Louis is his mother, Lillian Sotelo Garza of Odessa; brothers, Paul Garza & wife Norma of Odessa, Ricky Garza & wife Nicole of Plano; sister, Sophia Garza of Odessa. Louis is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many friends.
A family wake service will take place at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 Pm. Funeral Service are set at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 1:00 pm, with Rev. Gabriel Chavez officiating. Interment will follow at Ector County Cemetery Los Angeles section.
