Melodee Jean Overton

Melodee was born in Laughton Oklahoma on August 5, 1947 to Ralph and Glenna Maxfield. She graduated from Odessa High School where she was a member of the Sorella’s and sang in the acapella choir. She married Bill Overton on April, 19, 2000.

She worked in professional sales where she won numerous awards for her achievements. She was also actively involved in First Baptist Church of Odessa.

She is survived by her twin brother Gary Maxfield and Wife Peggy Maxfield and her sister Lynda Lawrence and husband Don Lawrence. Nieces and Nephews are Brandi Hays, Mandy Hays, Kelly Webster and Mike Webster and numerous other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Bill Overton, her daughter Amy Sanderson and her parents Ralph and Glenna Maxfield.

Melodee was loved by customers where she worked because of her kind heart and outgoing personality. The family wishes to thank all of the people that took such wonderful care of her during her last time here on earth preparing her for her final Home in Heaven.
