Patricia June Pummill

Patricia June Pummill, 80, of Odessa passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Medical Center Hospital. Patricia was born June 20, 1933 in O’Fallon, Illinois. She married Don Pummill December 6, 1952 in Bahner, MO. They moved to Odessa in 1953. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Pat had worked in oilfield sales for 30 years and owned Don Pummill Sales with her husband Don.

She will always be remembered as a very caring and generous person who never met a stranger. Her friends and family knew her as a very good friend who would do anything to help someone in need.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Donald Pummill, parents Joseph & Bernetta Cook.

She is survived by two sons Tim Pummill & Tony Pummill both of Odessa; daughter Teri (Pummill) Phelps of Odessa; brothers Mike Cook & wife Susan of Sedalia, MO, Don Cook of Otterville, MO; sister Low Fowler & husband Skeet of Odessa; (2) grandchildren Matt Pummill , Ben Pummill & wife Lana all of Odessa; great-grandson Nikola Alexander Pummill; & numerous nieces & nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mark Woodruff officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a Charity of your choice.
