Patsy Kate “Pat” Spoon, 87, of Odessa passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Odessa Regional Hospital. She was born February 11, 1929 in Abilene, TX to Claude & Lena Loudder. She married Marvin Spoon on January 17, 1948 in Odessa, they were married 61 years. She was a service clerk for Morris Caffey for 10 years. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and very active in the United Methodist Women Assoc.
She is preceded in death by her parents, & her husband Marvin Spoon. She is survived by sons, Michael Claude Spoon of Odessa, Richard Earl Spoon & wife Rachel of Lafayette, LA, sister, Pauline Pendelton of Breckenridge, TX, (4) grandchildren, Samantha, Jackson, Lillian Kate, & Gentry Spoon.
A visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, April 22, 2016 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russ Nebhut officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
