Perry and Cathy have been in my life since before I was born. They were true friends to my parents. I believe they will be in our hearts the rest of our lives! Rest in Peace

I too have many great memories of PJ.  he has always been part of our famlies lives..I only wished I had told him what a great friend he was to our father on our last visit.  He will always be remembered by the entire Crofford family.

Perry was my dads best friend. They went all the way back to school days together in Odessa. Later, when I was born, Perry was named my godfather and my middle name is Perry. Our family moved a lot when I was a kid but in all of our moves, Perry and his family were never too far away as I remember visits either to Odessa or he and his visiting us where we lived. One of the fondest memories is a fishing trip to Sye Banners. We all had a great time out in the middle of nowhere. He also came to my rescue with my truck on the side of the road west of Penwell, where upon he stuck his truck in the sand and there we were, both stranded. I was fortunate to get to see Perry about 3 weeks before his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family left behind. My dad has been gone for 5 years now and I still think of him daily as I know you all will with regards to Perry. Things get easier with time, they never seem right but they get easier.
