Richard Paul Naworski

Richard was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Mary Ann Naworski and his son Paul. He was a devout and longtime member of St. Mary’s and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Richard graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and built a long and successful career as a chemical engineer at Rexene Corp. before retiring from the company in 1990. He enjoyed travel, tennis, and investing, with a lifelong love of and curiosity about the stock market, as well as a deep appreciation for his wife’s gourmet cooking.

He is survived by his children, David (Dana) Naworski, Suzanne (Mike) Thompson; his grandchildren, Bridgette, Steven, Alexandria, and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Layken, Sawyer, and Jettie; and his brother Joe (Priscilla) Naworski.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors followed by a Rosary from 7:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 21st at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Odessa, TX. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
