His favorite pastime was going fishing with his brother-in-law Marcus and enjoyed spending time with and spoiling his grandson, CJ. He had a special love of horses and horseracing. One of his most memorable characteristics was the fact that he was very upfront and told you exactly what he was thinking and never hesitated to give you his opinion. He also had a love of cars, especially his truck. He was a very giving person who would give you the shirt off his back. He had a laid back sense of humor, yet would sometimes totally floor you with one of his crazy jokes. He was well traveled through the many jobs he held and had such a good memory that we often referred to his as a human GPS. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
