William was born in Tyler on November 28th 1956 to the late Thurman and Avalois Crain. He served our country as a United States Marine from 1974 to 1978.
William is survived by his son Joseph Crain, grandchildren Aiden, Miles, and Finley Crain, and his sister Karen Harris.
William is preceded in death by his father and mother, Thurman and Avalois, as well as his sister Deborah Jessup.
