Willie Marie "Dink" Meyer

She was born on January 11, 1929, to Mary Kathryn and William Box, in Grady, NM. She grew up on a farm near Portales, NM, and later moved to Odessa in 1956. She married Chuck Meyer as a young lady and they raised six children in Odessa. She was a loving grandmother of 20 and great-grandmother of 33.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Chuck, and two brothers.

She is survived by her sons Thomas Meyer and wife, Judith of Odessa, TX., Charles Meyer of Odessa, TX.; daughters: Marie Reeves and husband, Thomas of Odessa, TX., Barbara Brown of Granbury, TX., Beverly Rowe and husband, Robert of Odessa, TX., Kathy Kee of Odessa, TX., sisters: Betty McCann of Odessa, TX., Penny Gibson of Colorado, Ida “Siss” Polk of Odessa, TX., 20 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, on Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Funeral mass will be at 4:00 pm on Monday, November 5, 2012, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Father Santiago officiating. Burial will held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at
