Alejandro Javier Valdez, known to all as Alex, passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on December 20, 1975 to Wsbaldo Valdez and Hermelinda Valdez, who raised him with love and strong family values.
Alex was known for his warm heart, generous spirit, and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him. Whether he was spending time with family, helping a friend in need, or simply sharing a laugh, Alex left a lasting impression on those around him.
Inventive, artistic, and resourceful, Alex could turn the simplest object into something meaningful. He believed that everything had a purpose-"nothing was trash," he would say-and he lived by the motto, "Where there's a will, there's a way." Two of his favorite sayings, often shared with a grin, were "What would Jesus do?" and "Jesus don't like ugly." These phrases, like Alex himself, brought both humor and wisdom into the lives of those around him.
Alex is survived by his loving children:
• Stephanie Carreon and her spouse Alberto Carreon
• Raquel Valdez and her spouse Cedric Lancaster
• Alejandro Javier Valdez Jr.
• Mariza Valdez
Grandchildren Braylon, Braxton and Olivia Carreon, Kinsley Lancaster and Ezell Hurtado. Nine nieces, nine nephews, nine great nieces and nine great nephews.

Alex's legacy of laughter, love, and resilience lives on through his family and all who had the joy of knowing him. Alex's love extended to his loyal fur babies, Capone and Cookie, who were always by his side and brought him endless comfort and companionship.
