Nadine met Raymond Starkebaum and they married on December 20, 1948, while she was still in high school. Nadine and Raymond were married for over 72 years before his death in 2020.
Nadine and Raymond moved to Choctaw, Oklahoma in 1952 where he went to work at Tinker AFB and she continued as a wife, helpmate and mother to their three children.
Nadine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond; brother, Cecil; and half sisters, Dorothy and Florence.
She is survived by her children, Richard Starkebaum, Susan Larman, and Beverly Starkebaum; granddaughter, Melissa (Darin) Rose; and three great grandsons, Jacob, Kyle and Tony.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2021, at Bill Eisenhower NE Funeral Home.
