Preceded in death by his first wife of 30 years, Betty Moody; son, Ricky Moody; father, Richard Moody; mother, Lorene Moody-Foster; brother-in-law, Wayne Lively; step-father, Dwayne Foster; step-mother-in-law, Leona Murphey; step father-in-law, Elmer Murphey; and step-son, Harold Smith.
Allan is survived by his wife, Shirley of over 26 years; his brother, Roger and his wife Shirley; his sister, Treva; his son, Allen; daughters, Ginger, Laura , Lorna, Becky, Terri, step-children Gwen and Mike; 17 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
In his early years while working for, and retiring from Halliburton, Allan enjoyed playing golf, bowling, spending time with his family, camping, and attending family reunions. He was a kind and loving man whom everyone that met him loved and admired. He was known as a great dancer and loved to listen to Elvis Presley. Allan was an active member of Nicoma Park Church of Christ.
A memorial service in memory of Allan will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at the Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK, with Larry Thomason officiating. Inurnment will follow, at 3:00p.m., in the family plot at Fairfax Cemetery in Fairfax, OK.
