OBITUARY
Angel E. Arzaga
July 23, 1938 – March 13, 2023

Angel E. Arzaga 84 years of age when he passed on March 13, 2023, in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. He was born in Holtville, California on July 23, 1938.
Angel graduated from High School in Calexico, California, and achieved not only being a graduate of St. Mary's College and then went on to obtain his Master's degree from the University of Phoenix.
He married the love of his life Rosemary B. Arzaga and remained married for 64 years until his passing. They had three children Richard, Robert and Michelle. Angel started his military career at a young age. He completed the U.S. Army War College, and the Command and General Staff College. Angel retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel from the 91st Division out of Sausalito, CA.
In addition, early in life, he started his career in the transportation industry. Angel accomplished so much starting as a dispatcher at a transportation corporation and leading the way to a Vice President of Loss Prevention, Expert Witness, and Safety Director of the Nation not once but twice, Northern Council of Safety Supervisors, and an established instructor with JJ Keller. Angel loved to teach and had a passion to educate others.
His determination set a high standard for all. Angel loved to travel and was knowledgeable of worldly surroundings. His favorite food was Mexican & Chinese. Don't forget the 2 stalks of celery in the Bloody Mary.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary B. Arzaga, daughter Y. Michelle Arzaga and husband Johnny L. Kooy, their family dogs Pandi, Nutty and Jade.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11: 00 am, Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral home with a burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Oklahoma City.
