She was born June 5, 1914, in Alma, Arkansas to James and Ida Brown Keffer. As a child, she moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she eventually met and married Clifton Ray. She was a homemaker and worked for the City of Oklahoma City. She moved to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas 26 years ago to be with her son, Don Ray, and his family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, her parents, two brothers Roy Keffer and Floyd Keffer; two sisters Jimmie Goldie Culbertson and Ora Ruth Stevenson.
Anne is survived by her three sons James Ray and wife Shirley of Oklahoma City, Jerry Ray and wife Karen of Rosemount, MN, Donald Ray and wife Pat of Hot Springs, AR; seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 4 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
