

Anthony Kent Labude, Sr., 66, of Choctaw, Ok passed away at his home September 14, 2014. Anthony, called Tony or Bude by some, was born September 24, 1947 in Lawton, OK to Cecil and Gloria (Flinn) Labude. He graduated from Chattanooga High School in 1965 and attended the College of the Ozarks for 2 years before entering the Air Force. He was honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1972. Anthony was an aircraft mechanic at Tinker Air Force Base until his retirement. Anthony loved astronomy and enjoyed passing that love to children. If there was a clear sky, he was out with his telescope. He also used astronomy to assist him with finding the perfect time to pursue his other love of trout fishing at Blue River. Anthony is survived by his wife, Anne Labude; 2 daughters, Tamatha Labude and Kimberly Labude; 1 son, Anthony Labude, Jr. and his wife Tiffany; 3 sisters, Lynda Burril, Jennifer White and husband Richard, Katrina Erwin and husband Bill; 1 brother, Kevin Labude and wife Janet; 2 grandsons, Steven and Andrew Labude; 3 granddaughters, Anastasia, Zella and Carolina Labude; 3 nieces, Sarah Labude and Debra and Cynthia Kime; 6 nephews, Johnny and Danny White, Phillip and Scott Erwin, Roger and William Kime; mother-in-law, Wanda Kime and brother-in-law, George Kime, Jr. and wife DeeAnn. He was preceded in death by his parents.
