I find as each day passes it doesn't get easier, but harder. My dad was ALWAYS a good listener, a shoulder to cry on, gave words or encouragement, and gave THE BEST HUGS! I miss his words of "I love you". Most of all, I miss the times that I know we aren't going to get to have together here on this earth. I hope there is fishing and camping in heaven because that is something we were going to do this summer. When I'm on the tractor mowing I think about you and all the things that I didn't do or say to you. But I see your face in a peaceful evening. I hear your voice in a song. And I carry you with me every day. I'll be seeing you Dad. Until then, always remember how much I love you. And how grateful I am that you are my dad.
