Arvey is survived by sons, Alexander Placker, Aaron Placker and wife, Karlee Tevis and Aden Placker; daughters, Savannah Placker, Sagie Placker; mother, Beverly Bales; brothers, James Allen Placker, Austin Bales, and Julio Bales and grandchildren, Zayden Placker and Kailoh Placker. As well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
