Augusta Catheryn Castleberry

Our Beloved Mother, and “Dearest Friend” Augusta Catheryn Castleberry was welcomed into Heaven on May1, 2016. Mother lived 94 years full of Blessings and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Catheryn celebrated 64 years with her husband and sidekick, Ervin. She loved going to Lake Texoma, Casino’s, hard fought moon games with her sisters and friends, and hosting numerous lively parties and gatherings for her friends throughout their lives. Catheryn and Ervin became “Best Friends” to many of those who grew up enjoying their delightful humor and welcoming ways. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband Ervin; and 1 daughter, Verice Hahn. Catheryn’s legacy includes her son Terry Castleberry of the home; Mike Castleberry and his wife Jackie of the home; son-in-law, Seth Hahn; her grandchildren, Kevin Castleberry; Randy Cox; Michael Cox; Carrie & Billy Friesen; Chance and Mandy Castleberry; 9 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, Flo Santin; Christine Kuykendall; and Hearaldean Westfall; and many nieces, nephews, and other friends and relatives. On behalf of our family we sincerely appreciate all of the prayers, cards, calls, visits, love, encouragement and support. A special thanks to Pauletta Miller and to the angels of Physician’s Choice Hospice, and to Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home for taking such loving care of our Mother. A celebration of her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Arlington Memory Gardens Mausoleum with burial to follow in Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, Oklahoma.
