Betty Lou Couch

She graduated from Luther High School in 1944 and in 1947, she married Alexander Loman. Together, Betty and Alexander had 4 children. They were united in marriage until 1977, when he passed away. In 1986, she married Richard Couch and gained 3 more children. Betty retired from Tinker Air Force Base after 25 years. She enjoyed spending more time with family, flower gardening, and shopping. One of her favorite things to do with her family was play Rummy. She was an excellent cook and prepared family dinners every Sunday, after church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; 2 brothers, Max and Keith Lee; sister, Letecia Eldridge Sawyer; and grandson, Matthew Danker. Survivors include her children, Alexis and Owen Dean, Debra and David McEwen, Jeanne and Keith Moran, Holly Hale, Loretta and Perry Carrell, David and Maria Couch, and Allan Couch; 3 brothers, Earl, Gale, and Wayne Lee; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of loving family members and friends.

Viewing will be held Thursday March 26, 2015 with family visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m. followed by a rosary at the Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, Midwest City, OK. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Robert Catholic Church in Jones, OK, followed by interment at the cemetery in Luther, OK.
