Betty Jean England, 93, of Yukon, Oklahoma passed away at her residence on August 16, 202. Betty was born Betty Jean Irwin on February 14, 1928 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Willie and Florence Irwin. Betty also graduated high school from Wewoka. Betty lived in Norman from the 1980s until she moved in with her son in 2020. Betty was a member of Eastern star and married Harvey Martin England, Sr. on September 11, 1946. Betty enjoyed arts and crafts, she loved painting and sewing, and has shared her artwork with her family and friends. Betty was also a cosmetologist who loved to do hair.
She is survived by her only son, Harvey Martin England, Jr. and his wife Jeanne of the home as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Betty will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141. A graveside service will occur Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 North Midwest Blvd, Midwest City, OK 73141.
Serving as pallbearers are Christopher England, Adam England, Tracy James, Garret Paine, Nathan England and Allie Paine.
