Carolyn "Mi" Ruth Lang

Carolyn "Mi" Ruth Lang, age 75, of Choctaw, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Carolyn was born on September 19, 1946 in Clovis, New Mexico to her parents Walter & Viola (Spears) Nixon.

Carolyn was a realtor, a finance manager, and a proud business owner of a Dry Cleaning Service. As proud as she was her grandkids were the ones who stole her heart. Spending time with her grandkids was her favorite past time especially when they would all go to Galveston. Carolyn loved traveling as well as watching OU football.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Walter & Viola Nixon; sister, Gladys Cheatham; brother, Ron Nixon; and her daughter, Cristy Rogers.

She is survived by her loving husband, Peter Lang whom she married on July 8, 1989; her daughter, Brenda Watts; daughter, Tammy Coffey; daughter, Tina Ernest; grandchildren, Lindsie, Brittany, David, Aaron, Stefanie, Kallie, Connor, Jake, and Josh; great-grandchildren, Adalyn, Mya, Bella, Kash, Kayden, Aria, and Tymber.

A visitation for Carolyn will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022 at the Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at the Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw, OK.
