

Carolyn Louise Russell-Webster, age 78 of Blanchard, Oklahoma, passed away following a courageous battle with cancer on March 3, 2026 at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, surrounded by her family. Born in Hobbs, New Mexico on May 18, 1947, she lived her life with love of all animals and enjoyed the peace of rural life. She was a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and spent the majority of her working years in legal support and administration.
Carolyn’s happiest moments were spent with her family. She devoted her life to the love and support of her sons. She married her beloved husband, Travis Webster, on September 5, 1998 in Wichita, Kansas. Travis and Carolyn enjoyed many travel adventures together from Sturgis, South Dakota to Tokyo, Japan. Her most cherished trips with Travis were their trips to Germany, of which she spoke about frequently.
Carolyn is survived by sons Cody L. Towns, his wife Heather, and their sons Parker Towns and Avery Towns of Dallas, Texas; and Casey L. Towns, and his wife Seletia Towns of Blanchard, Oklahoma. She is predeceased by her parents, Bill V. Miller and Doris (Dee) Miller Evans, and brother Billy Miller. She will be laid to rest alongside her parents in Bellevue, Texas in a ceremony on March 28, 2026 at 1pm. The family wishes to thank the caregivers of the Oklahoma Medical Center for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blood Cancer United in Carolyn’s memory.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 28th at 1pm at Bellevue Cemetery in Bellevue TX.
