Cecilia Elizabeth Chrisman

Cecilia Elizabeth “Libby” Chrisman, 87, went to be with our Lord December 13, 2011. She was born in Blacksburg, Virginia on May 17, 1924, to Cecil James Davis and Willie Sue Davis. She met and married the love of her life Robert Charlton Chrisman in 1948, and he preceded her in death in 1968. They made Oklahoma City their home in 1955 with five children. They were active in little league baseball where he coached and she kept score. She is survived by three daughters and two sons: Audrey Rodgers Hawkins and husband Ron of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Sandra Thomas of Oklahoma City, Debbie Gex and her late husband John of Falollett, Texas, Steven Chrisman and wife Virginia, Robert “Bob” Chrisman and wife Kathy. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and a loving sister Betty Richardson and husband Bob of Silver Springs, Maryland. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday 8 a.m.- 9 p.m. Services will be held at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 2:00 PM, with a reception immediately following the service. A private family interment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral Directors, Oklahoma City, OK.
