Cindi Moore

Cindi Moore, RN, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away April 24, 2014. She was born November 20, 1960 in Oklahoma City. Cindi graduated from Edmond High School in 1979 and received her Associate degree in Business from Rose State College and her Associate degree in Nursing from OSU. Cindi loved nursing and interacting with her patients. She entered into public service with the OHCA until she took medical disability in 2013. She is survived by her sons, Schuyler and Eric Moore; her mother and stepfather, Sandy and Bob Luna; her brother and his wife, John and Mary Gragg of Wichita, Kansas; her sister, SuZanne Alsaif; 4 nieces and nephews; her aunt, SuZanne Livesay; and 3 cousins.

The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to Cindi’s dear friends Derick, Caleb, and Danny who demonstrated their overwhelming love, support, and compassion for Cindi in her time of need.

A private service is planned. Friends may leave condolences for the family at www.dignitymemorial.com. A memorial service is being planned at Life Church in OKC. A scholarship has been established in her memory at the School of Nursing, Oklahoma State University.
