Clara Jane Brock Dutton, 63 year-old resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away December 31, 2011 near Binger, Oklahoma. Born January 26, 1948 in Rattan, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of William Hubert Arms and Clare Catherine Bailey Arms. Clara put her family first and foremost her entire life. She loved good food; spending time with her grandchildren; and had never met a stranger in her life, everyone was a friend she just hadn’t visited with till she met them. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her son, Leroy Brock. Survivors include 1 son, Johnny Allen Brock of Yukon, Oklahoma; 1 daughter, Billie Williams of Harrah, Oklahoma; 3 brothers, Bobby Arms; Billy Arms; and Jimmy Arms; 2 sisters, Judy Arms and Brenda Arms; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; many half siblings including Polly Hupp; and a number of nieces and nephews.
