Constance "Connie" Mae (Wojahn) Guzman Smith

Constance (Connie) Guzman 11/20/1942 to 07/28/2020. Connie Guzman was born on 11/20/1942 to Paul and Myrtle H. (Olson) Wojahn in Minot, ND. She attended Velva, ND Public schools. Connie served in the US Army and was honorably discharged. She was a life member and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post 9969, Del City, OK and a member of Women of the Moose, Moose Lodge 1235, Midwest City, OK.

Connie was the widow of SSgt Eduardo Guzman-Lugo who was killed in action in South Vietnam in 1966.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Wojahn and sisters, Norma Caquias and Karen Kistler. She is survived by her sons: Rick E. Guzman (Rena), Oklahoma City, OK, Chad Smith, Leesville, MS, Jack Smith, Del City, OK; and a daughter, Karri Jordan (Kevin), Irvington AL; grandsons: Grant & Garrett Guzman, both of Oklahoma City, OK, eight nieces and nephews; and a brother Rodney Wojahn.
