Crystal Lorraine Jennings

Born in Dearborn, Michigan, she was the daughter of Gerald “Gerry” Lloyd Carter and Faye Joyce Russel (Deal). She attended Mount St. Mary’s Catholic High School and loved her work with the kids as a cook for HeadStart. She enjoyed watching her westerns and being with family. She will be remembered for her strong-will and determination.

She is survived by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Jennings; her children, Catherine “Cathy” Brown and Michelle Jennings; her granddaughters, Taryn Jennings and Logan Loya; her sisters, Johnnie Fay Little (Sacotte), Tinia Hall (Carter) , Tana Treaster (Carter); her brothers, Gerald Carter Jr and Daniel Keckley; her niece, Kandice Holley (Little); her nephews, Sean Witten and Dylan Little; and many more loved ones than can be named here, each of whom held a special place in her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerry Carter and Faye Russell; her little brothers, John “Tiger” Sacotte Jr and Tommy Carter; and her sister, Corrina Williams.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Advantage Funeral Home, 7720 S. Pennsylvania Ave Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73159. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association or the Lupus Foundation of America.
