

Damian P. Savoie, age 53 of Yukon, went to be with his Lord and Savior, December 10, 2013 after a brief illness. Damian was born August 13, 1960 in Burlington, North Carolina to JoAnna Fern and Lloyd Paul Savoie. After High School, Damian attended classes at OU and later became a Trim Carpenter. He was skilled and enjoyed woodworking of all types. Damian liked being outdoors, fishing and snow skiing being among his favorite pastimes in his young adulthood. Most importantly, Damian had a heart for the Lord and devoted himself and his time to his church family. He also loved spending time with his dog, Scamp.
He is survived by his mother, JoAnna Fern Savoie; three sisters, Deidre Savoie-James, Angela McCully and her husband Paul and Michelle Coppedge and her husband Bill; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd; sister, Valerie Reynolds; and his beloved dog, Gracie whom went with him everywhere, including work. Services to honor Damian will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 14, 2013 at The Gate Church located at 7701 N. Council Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73162.
