Damian Theodoridis was born on September 10th, 2010. He was the sweetest answer to the prayers of his parents, Alex and Nicki Theodoridis-the most beautiful gift they had ever received. With rejoicing hearts, they baptized and dedicated Damian to God, knowing from the beginning that his life was a precious gift entrusted to them.
Damian was deeply loved and adored by his family. He will be greatly missed by his great grandmother, Dean (Mo) Westfall, his grandparents, Bill and Yeota Theodoridis, and Janis Harp, and all his aunts and uncles, and cousins. Damian was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Doyle Westfall, and Kenneth and Margaret Chambers, and his grandfathers, Bill Harp, and Robert Chambers.
From an early age, Damian had a deep love for Jesus and was remarkably aware of who he was in Christ. He loved reading his Bible and sharing his faith with others. His relationship with God was not simply something he talked about-it was woven into who he was. He held our hands and prayed with us through both the good times and the difficult seasons.
Damian was a happy baby who grew into a remarkable young man, passionately pursuing the things he loved with intense focus, determination, and a desire to become excellent in the areas where God had gifted him. As he grew, he immersed himself in music, constantly in the process of learning, playing, composing, and sharing his gift with others. Piano was a love language for Damian. He used the piano and music to express his emotions of love, joy, and even sorrow.
Damian’s other loves included his friends, astronomy, entomology, and geology. Damian loved being outside in nature. He had an understanding that these things were wonders from God, shared with us. He loved to share his information and knowledge with anyone who might be interested. And, through his discussions and sharing, Damian often changed the way people saw the world around them.
Damian was a shooting star, on loan from God, for far too short a time. Though his time with us was not nearly long enough, the light he brought into this world with his sensitivity, kindness, and generous spirit will continue to shine through the many people he touched along the way.
He will be remembered with immeasurable love, joy, and gratitude. He will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.
There will never be words to describe how much we love him. All glory and honor and praise to God for the beautiful gift of Damian, our precious sweet baby.
A Trisagion Service will be held at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper, 6600 Broadway Extension, Oklahoma City, OK 73116, on September 18, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 2101 NW 145th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73134, on September 19, 2026, at 10:30 am.
A Committal Service will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park, 6001 Northwest Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, immediately following the funeral service at St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
