His hobbies include camping and traveling whenever he had the opportunity to.
Daniel is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Dow Dunn; mother, Frances Aline (Green) Dunn; brothers, Larry Dunn and Edward Dunn; and sister, Patricia Thomas.
He is survived by his sister, Kaye Crockett of Alma, AR and life long friend, Ken Patrick.
A memorial service will be held in honor of Daniel at a later time. He will be laid to eternal rest at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
