Daniel M. Hansen, age 59, of Midwest City, OK passed away on December 12, 2012 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born December 29, 1952 in Atlantic, Iowa to Ernest and Alverta (Shutt) Hansen. He was a truck driver for Sea Coast Disposal. Daniel loved hunting Deer, Turkey, Dove, and Quail. He enjoyed reading, watching TV, especially the Food Network, and thought of Chequer’s Restaurant as his second family. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Hansen. His survivors include his wife, Kay; mother, Alverta Hansen of Midwest City; brother, Jim Hansen of Higgins, TX; son, Trevor Tennison; daughter, Shannon Manuel; grandsons: Kastan, Evan, and Caleb; and granddaughter, Olivia; and many other family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Douglas Blvd United Methodist Church, 208 S. Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, Oklahoma.
