David Earl Chesser

David Earl Chesser 74, was born on March 13, 1949, to his parents Earl Chesser and Avis Eastep in Midwest City, OK. David attended Midwest City High School where he received his trade certificate of automotive service technician, graduated in 1968. He was later drafted into the army in 1969 where he served his whole tour in Germany. He then returned home to start his lifelong career as an automotive technician. He had a true passion for cars, trucks , motorcycles, and tractors. He married his beloved wife Martha Lou Wallen in November 1980, they then moved to Newalla Oklahoma to start their family. They welcomed their 1st child Melissa on July 22, 1981. They later welcomed their 2nd child David Jr on July 24,1983. He enjoyed raising his children and spending time in the great outdoors hunting and shooting as they took many trips to southeastern Oklahoma. He also enjoyed restoring classic Ford farm tractors making many memories with his son. He also enjoyed spending time with his two grandchildren Logan and Harley. David Chesser retired from his career in 2015 and got to enjoy some time with family, friends and relaxing. David is proceeded in death by his parents Earl and Avis Chesser and his wife Martha Chesser (December 2019). He is survived by his daughter Melissa Mills, husband Rick Mills, his son David Chesser, wife Amber Chesser, and grandchildren, Logan and Harley Mills.

A funeral service for David will be held Monday, February 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N Midwest Blvd, Spencer, OK 73084.
