Deborah Loman, known lovingly as Debbie to family and friends, passed away peacefully, June 19th 2026 at 2:20pm, at the age of 73, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Born on November 21, 1952, in Denison, Texas, Debbie lived a life rooted in deep love for her family, unwavering faith, and a quiet appreciation for the beauty of God’s creation.
From her early days in Texas, Debbie carried a warm and devoted spirit that touched everyone she met. She built her career in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster, where her attention to detail and caring heart served others well. After retiring, she cherished the freedom to spend time doing what she loved most—being with family and enjoying the outdoors. She especially treasured days at the lake, where she found peace in the water, the trees, and the simple joy of nature.
Above all, Debbie was a woman of strong Christian faith. A devoted follower of Jesus, she spent her life intentionally drawing closer to Him through prayer, study, and daily living. Her relationship with the Lord was the foundation of everything she did, and it shone through in the way she loved others.
Debbie’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her sons, Cameron Richards and his wife Tarresa Richards, and Corbitt Richards and his wife Barbara Richards. She was a proud grandmother to Bryce, Austin, and Quintin, and a loving great-grandmother to Oliver, Liam, Finley, Westley, Leon, Joye, Penelope, and Ivye. She poured her heart into every one of them, creating a legacy of love that will continue through the generations. She is also survived by her sister, Reba Wickburg of Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren G. Robinson and Mary Katherine Robinson; her brother, Alnie Ray Clay; her sister, Melbra June Haskins; and her beloved granddaughter, Kenzie Faith Richards.
Debbie will be remembered as a woman who loved fiercely and lived faithfully. Her gentle presence, quiet strength, and deep devotion to family and to Christ left a lasting imprint on all who knew her. Though she will be deeply missed, those who loved her find comfort knowing she has gone home to be with her Savior.
